Advertising Guidance Document  

This document is intended to guide the ECPCA Board and interested Vendors wishing to Advertise on the ECPCA website www.ecpark.ca and the community newsletter delivered to the East College Park 1900 residents. The ECPCA is a non-profit organization and often leverages advertising revenue to offset newsletter and website operational costs.  

The ECPCA reserves the right to ensure that any and all advertising or website links fall in line with the ECPCA code of ethics, follow all applicable city of Saskatoon Bylaws, serves the best interest of the city of Saskatoon, its communities and community members. All advertising approvals will be made by an ECPCA Board appointed member or by the Board itself prior to posting.

Please note that advertising runs annually from August through to July, and as such, all requests to advertise through the East College Park Community Association must be submitted by July in order to be included in the next marketing cycle.   

Important: our advertising email is not actively monitored so emails will be responded to intermittently throughout the year. Please ensure that you read the following important information to secure your advertising spot. 

1)      Information required to be submitted for advertising through ECPCA and specifications of image(s)

a.     Business Card size JPEG or PNG format

b.     Email address to send electronic invoice (created through PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account to open it)

2)      Cost of Advertising and Payment

a.       Cost: Flat fee of $100.00

b.       Payment: upon receipt of invoice, payment is due within 30 days. You will only be invoiced after you have submitted all required information

3)      Benefits of advertising through us?

a.       You will receive one full year of advertising through:                                                                

i.      Social Media

1.       homepage of the ECPCA website (www.ecpark.ca)

2.       the ECPCA Facebook page (www.facebook.com/eastcollegepark/)

3.       any other social media platform that the ECPCA implements (i.e. twitter, Instagram, etc… expected by the end of 2020)  

ii.      Newsletters distributed to our community of approximately 1900 residents and always available on our website.

1.       Fall Newsletter that is distributed in August of each year via hardcopy and via email to our subscribers.

2.       Winter Newsletter that is distributed via email in January of each year
